The general rule is very easy:
If you don’t have goods to declare – you have to go through Green channel. If you have something to declare – please go through Red channel and declare it.
Pay your attention!
If you bring with you more than 10 000 USD you have to declare it. If you don’t do it – customs can fine you and take your money from you (confiscate). Declare money means you have to fill in some special declaration – the form you can take from customs people.
Declaration of money doesn’t mean that there is some limit and you can not bring in more than 10 000 USD. You can bring any amount of money but the rule is that if you bring more than 10 000 USD you have to declare it.
