Intensive classes are conducted using both traditional teaching methods and new educational technologies, which allow students to prepare courses for everyday communication in a language environment.

Course participants have the opportunity to engage in groups or individually. Groups are formed taking into account the level of knowledge of the Russian (Belarusian) language by foreign citizens.

Notes:

Groups of students with a “zero” level of the Russian language begin work in accordance with the above terms.

Students in groups with an "initial", "intermediate" and "advanced" level of the Russian language begin work on the first four days of any month.

Students in groups with any level of the Russian language can start classes later, but in this case they fully pay for training.

Students engaged in an individual program can independently determine the period of study in Russian language courses.

COST OF EDUCATION

Classes in the group:

1 week - 90 US dollars (20 training hours per week);

1 month - 350 US dollars (20 training hours per week);

2 months - 640 US dollars (20 training hours per week);

3 months - 960 US dollars (20 training hours per week);

4 months - 1280 US dollars (20 training hours per week);

5 months - 1550 US dollars (20 training hours per week);

6 months - 1650 US dollars (20 training hours per week);

7 months - 1750 US dollars (20 training hours per week);

8 months - 1850 US dollars (20 training hours per week);

9 months - 2000 US dollars (20 training hours per week);

10 months - 2200 US dollars (20 training hours per week);

11 months - 2400 US dollars (20 training hours per week);

12 months - 2600 US dollars (20 training hours per week).

The minimum period of study in Russian language courses is 1 week.

Individual sessions:

1 month - 970 US dollars (20 training hours per week);

2 weeks - 500 US dollars (20 training hours per week);

1 week - 250 US dollars (20 training hours);

1 month - 500 US dollars (10 training hours per week);

2 weeks - 260 US dollars (10 training hours per week);

1 week - 130 US dollars (10 training hours);

1 academic hour - 20 US dollars.

Note: payment of the hostel is not included in the cost of training.

Conditions of education

Foreign citizens study at MSLU on the basis of individual contracts. The contract guarantees the training, use of the library and reading rooms of MSLU, video rooms, computer classes.

The issue of providing a place in the hostel is decided in the course of preliminary correspondence with foreign citizens.

All students living in the hostel are required to undergo a medical examination at the student clinic (paid service) and provide a certificate of medical examination within 3 working days from the date of conclusion of the training agreement.

Dormitory fees are not included. In cases where there is no place in the hostel or a foreign citizen wants to live in a private apartment, the foreign citizen independently seeks housing for himself in Minsk and informs the MSLU of the contact number of the apartment owner. MSLU begins issuing an invitation only after the landlord signs a letter of guarantee.

Those who graduate from the Russian language faculty are given certificates of established standards.

Admission Terms

A candidate for study must receive an official invitation from the University and obtain a study visa to enter Belarus at the Embassy (or Consulate) of the Republic of Belarus located in the country of residence of the foreign citizen (or closest to it).

To receive an invitation, you must send the following documents to the university:

  •     an application (form see here) indicating the level of knowledge of the Russian language, the expected duration of study, the Embassy (or Consulate) of the Republic of Belarus, in which the student will order a visa;
  •     a copy of the national passport (last name, first name, date and place of birth, passport number, date of issue and its validity);
  •     a notarized copy of the translation of the national passport into Russian (Belarusian) language (surname, name, date and place of birth, passport number, date of issue and its validity).
