The competition featured two age categories: under 18 and under 23. The final medal — a silver in the men’s K2 500m — was secured by Emil Abalmasau and Georgy Vorozhun (U23).
Among the standout performances were:
-
Maria Popichich and Polina Sobol (U18, C2 500m),
-
Yuliya Trushkina and Inna Nedelkina (U23, C2 200m),
-
Yegor Ovchinnikov and Vadim Lytchev (U18, C2 500m),
-
and the women’s quartet of Ekaterina Sementsova, Inna Nedelkina, Eva Danilchuk, and Anna Naletko (U23, C4 500m), who all captured gold.
The results confirm Belarus as a rising force in canoe sprint — with young athletes demonstrating world-class skill and coordination on the international stage.
