127 new cases of infections in Belarus per day

Despite the fact that countries are cancelling quarantines and self-isolation, the epidemic is still ongoing. What is the current situation in Belarus, reports tut.by.

Nowadays, there are 68,503 cases of coronavirus infection in Belarus. Over the past day, the increase in infected people amounted to 127 people. Although the increase in the number of infected is steadily decreasing, there are still deaths from the coronavirus. 3 people died from COVID-19 in Belarus yesterday. In total, since the beginning of the epidemic, 580 people have died in Belarus.

Over the entire period, 63,756 patients have recovered. Now the number of recovered far exceeds the number of new cases of infections. Over the past day, 331 patients have recovered.

Tests for coronavirus are regularly carried out across the country. For the entire period, 1 344 303 tests were made (9435 – over the past day).

Despite the improvement in the epidemiological situation, a second wave is expected in Belarus, which may begin in November-December 2020.
