13 thousand Europeans arrived in Belarus under the "extended visa-free regime"

Since July 19, 2024, 13,276 foreigners from 35 countries included in the extended visa-free entry program have visited Belarus, Sputnik shares.

Since the introduction of the visa-free regime in 2022, more than a million Europeans have visited the country, among them: 583,177 from Lithuania, 319,950 from Latvia and 102,790 from Poland.

Under the extended visa—free regime in force for land transport from July 19, 2024, citizens of Poland, Lithuania and Latvia can stay in the country for up to 90 days, and other foreigners - up to 30 days per entry, not exceeding 90 days per year.

The program has been extended until the end of 2025.
