47 thousand EU residents visited Belarus without visas in 2024
Since the beginning of 2024, 47,750 residents of EU countries have used the visa-free regime in Belarus, Minsk-News writes.
Lithuanians make up the largest proportion of visitors (26,634), followed by citizens of Latvia (9,853) and Poland (8,879).
A total of 848,356 people from these countries have arrived in Belarus since the introduction of the visa-free regime. It was introduced for citizens of Lithuania, Latvia and non-citizens of Latvia from April 15, 2022, and for Poles from July 1 of the same year, and then extended for 2023 and 2024.
