51 cases of coronavirus have been registered in Belarus, reports tut.by.

37 patients do not have any symptoms, but the test result is positive, 5 patients have already been discharged from the hospital and 9 people have clinical picture of COVID-19 infection , it means, in fact, that they are sick.

For all time, 17 cases were imported, including the last four which are from Spain, France, Germany and St. Petersburg. They were detected at the border. The remaining cases were identified as a result of activities carried out in isolated contacts.

A two- week medical monitoring of 2700 people has been completed.

According to March 16, there were 36 laboratory-confirmed cases of coronavirus, including five cases of BSU (Belarusian State University) students . One of the patients was in a state of moderate severity with positive dynamics. On March 17, according to the Minister of health, there were no new cases of coronavirus infection in the country.
