6.4 million people in Belarus fully vaccinated against COVID-19

As of September 8, more than 6.554 million people received one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. Of these, more than 6,441 million have made a full course of vaccination, Minsk-News reported. Recently, the Russian government approved a draft agreement with Belarus on mutual recognition of vaccination certificates from COVID-19.

Seventy percent of the country's population received one dose of the vaccine, 69% completed the full course of vaccination. Forty two percent of residents received a booster dose of the vaccine.

More than 173 thousand children aged 5 to 17 years received one dose of the vaccine. Of these, more than 151 thousand were fully vaccinated.
