79 residential buildings were built in Minsk in 2021

Last year in Minsk were built 79 multi-apartment residential buildings with a total area of 956.79 thousand square meters, the Minsk-News agency writes.

Most of the houses were built in the Oktyabrsky district — 31 houses, in the Central district — 11 houses, in the Zavodskoy district — 10 houses. In other districts less than ten houses were built, and in the Partizansky district not a single new building was built in a year.

The Construction and investment committee said that the plans for the construction of housing for the year were exceeded. For example, during the year it was possible to provide new housing for 1,413 large families. This is 122.2% of the plan.

Now large families in Minsk are offered to build housing within a year from the moment of registration, and some even after 2-3 months.
