A cafe with sushi from salo and sauerkraut has opened in Minsk

In the Slash lounge cafe you can have sushi with sauerkraut, Korean carrots and pickled cucumber wrapped in a piece of lard, writes citydog.by.

This small cafe a cozy atmosphere with bright furniture, and the entire menu is in Belarusian. There are salads (from 7.5 BYN), soups (from 5 BYN), hot (from 6 BYN), desserts (from 2.5 BYN). 

The cafe opened in the residential area of Masyukovshchina on 118 Peter Glebka Street. You can find more information about opening hours on their Instagram.
