A modern tram produced at a Russian-Belarusian plant

On December 3, a new Russian-Belarusian plant opened in Vorsma (Russia). It is planned that it will produce 170 trams a year, Sputnik reported.

The construction was completed in six months, as the parties agreed to build a plant for the production of trams in May 2022.

By the end of 2022, 10 trams will be produced. It is planned that the first tram will be launched in Nizhny Novgorod next week.

The design and filling were developed by Belarusian-Russian engineers. More than 90% of the components are also of Belarusian-Russian production.
