A multifunctional complex will be built in Drozdy

Construction of a new multifunctional complex will soon begin on Pobediteley Avenue in Minsk, reports tut.by. The center will house the Belarusian Association of Gymnastics, apartments, offices and cafes.

For the construction of a multifunctional complex, a 2.4-hectare site was allocated. The design of the center was developed by the Italian architectural company Studio Piuarch with the assistance of IngProfit and the creative workshop of Boris Shkolnikov. The area around the complex will be equipped as a park.

The complex will be divided into two blocks with a total area of 5.5 thousand square meters. One of the blocks will be fully allocated for the offices of the Belarusian Association of Gymnastics, and the second - for apartments, offices and cafes. There will also be an observation deck where events can be organized.

18 months have been allocated for the construction of a multifunctional office, so it is planned to complete all work by the end of 2021.
