A quarter in industrial loft style will appear in Minsk

On the territory of the former bicycle factory near Partyzanski praspekt, buildings in the style of an industrial loft will be set up. They will be used for offices and production facilities, Minsk-News reported. Recently we wrote that a quarter of 10 residential houses is planned to be built in Minsk. 

The industry park, where the bike factory used to be located, is waiting for large-scale changes. It is planned to integrate it into the urban environment by including it in the pedestrian zone of the avenue. There will also be entrances with a sufficient number of parking places.

It is planned to place offices, shops and exhibition areas for products that will be produced on the territory of the technopark in the facilities of the first line.

The concept of appearance has already been agreed. It was decided to keep the factory style. Now there is a selection of contractors taking place.
