A storm warning has been announced in Belarus due to strong winds

The red danger level due to strong winds has been announced in Belarus for January 14 and 15, BELTA writes.

On January 14 in many parts of the country, the west and north-west winds are expected to strengthen with gusts up to 25-27 m/s. Precipitation from snow will turn into rain, so ice is possible. On Saturday the wind will reach 15-20 m/s.

Rescuers advise to avoid shaky buildings and houses with unstable roofs, as well as to avoid trees, bridges, overpasses, pipelines, power lines, potentially dangerous industrial facilities.
