A student of BSU won gold at Belarusian Cup in weightlifting

Fourth-year student of the Law Faculty of the Belarusian State University Daria Naumova took the gold medal at the Belarusian Weightlifting Cup. She won in the 76 kg weight category, the university's website writes.

Daria Naumova is an Honored Master of Sports of the Republic of Belarus, silver medalist of the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro (2016), silver world champion of the year in weightlifting (2018), European champion (2019).

A total of 107 athletes from Belarus participated in the competition. The event ended on February 19 in Gomel.
