Accidents on underground utilities in Minsk decreasing

The number of requests for permits for emergency excavations is decreasing in Minsk, the Minsk-News agency writes.

This suggests that the number of emergency situations on underground utilities is decreasing every year.  In 2021, 105 fewer emergency excavation permits were issued than in 2020.
