According to new decree, officials should stream video content

On June 15, a decree comes into force, according to which officials will use electronic document management, held more personal receptions of citizens and use the Internet to talk about the life of society, Sputnik reported.

Heads of state agencies should held video streaming and publish video content "on pressing issues of the life of society and the state." They should also have social media accounts with regular updates.

The decree gives legal force to electronic messages and other information that government agencies send to users of the unified portal of electronic services.

In addition, heads of state agencies and city governors should hold more meetings with citizens and personal receptions.
