Another bank of Belarus resumed real estate loans

Belinvestbank has resumed issuing loans for real estate, including on the secondary market, with rate of 24% per annum, Minsk-News writes. We remind you that Belarusbank has reduced rates on real estate loans recently. 

In addition, Belinvestbank continues to provide loans to individuals in need of better housing conditions. The rate is 15% per annum for 20 years.  The interest rate of refinancing real estate loans from other banks is 24% per annum.
