All foreigners who have been vaccinated in Belarus will be able to get to Kazakhstan without PCR test using this certificate.

Belarusians can also enter Ukraine, Turkey, Georgia, Egypt, Sri Lanka and Jordan with a Belarusian vaccination certificate.
