Another eHouse will be built in Minsk

The construction of an eHouse where central heating and water heating will be powered by electricity starts in Minsk, the Minsk-News agency writes.

The main feature of this house is that it will not have a classic central coolant. Heating be provided with individual electrode boilers, which will be placed in the technical room of each apartment. In addition to boilers, hot water converters will also be installed in each apartment. All these devices will work silently and are operated without human intervention.

The house will consist of 19 floors with 75 apartments. On the yard territory there will be equipped children's and sports grounds, bicycle parking and a waste area. Housing is intended for the Ministry of Internal Affairs Security Department and large families.

The house is scheduled to be completed in May 2023. The first two eHouses in the Moscow district of Minsk appeared in 2021.
