Apartments continue to cheapen in Minsk

The cost of apartments for sale in Minsk continues to decline. However, some owners are starting to raise prices, the Minsk-News agency writes with reference to the Realt.by portal data.

In the period from March 21 to 28, 80% of the ads for the sale of apartments in Minsk did not change prices. Prices became lower in 9% of ads, and increased in 1%. An increase in the average price per square meter in the period from March 21 to 28 was observed in one-room apartments: the cost rose by 1.3%. The cost of four-bedroom apartments increased by 0.5%.

Also during the week, the number of ads for the sale of one-room apartments decreased by 8%. In other segments, there became fewer offers by about 3%.
