Apartments prices rising in Minsk

During the week from June 20 to 27, the cost of apartments in Minsk began to increase, Minsk-News reports. We recently wrote that 41% of the apartments planned for the year have been already built in the city.

Over the week, the apartment price index rose 0.3% to $1,224. The average cost per square meter increased by 0.4% a week and reached $1,314.

In addition, for the first time in recent weeks, the number of ads for the sale of an apartment in the database of the Realt.by website decreased by an average of 3%. Now there are about 15.2 thousand ads for the sale of apartments on the website.
