Arab investor to build a park in Minsk

The head of an investment company from the UAE, Mr. Mohamed Alabbar, presented to journalists the concept of one of the objects in the new residential complex "North Shore". He also told about plans for the development of the complex, Minsk-News reported.

The construction of the National Exhibition Center is already underway at the site of the complex. In January-February, the first presentations apartment buildings plan will be held. The design project of buildings, roads and infrastructure is already finished.

A park will also be built near the residential complex on the shore of the Cnianskaje vadaschovišča reservoir. The project of the park was developed by Belarusian architects. According to the plan, the park should be ready by August 2023.

Last week, the construction of the seventh building of the Minsk Technopark also began.
