Athletes from Belarus will not be allowed to participate in international competitions

Sanctions against Belarusian athletes have been extended. It is not yet known whether Belarusian athletes will participate in the 2024 Olympics, Sputnik reported.

The head of the World Athletics Association said that the ban on the participation of Belarusian and Russian athletes in international competitions remains, but this decision is "not forever."

We remind you that the policy of the International Olympic Committee in relation to athletes from Belarus and Russia is that they should perform in a neutral status.
