Bans on visiting forests continue to apply in Belarus
As of April 27, bans and restrictions on visiting forests have been introduced in 13 districts of Belarus, the Minsk-News agency writes with reference to the map of the Ministry of Forestry. Bans and restrictions are imposed due to the increased risk of fire in forests.
The most unfavorable situation has developed in the Gomel region, where a ban on visiting forests was introduced in:
- Bragin district;
- Gomel district;
- Kalinkovichi district;
- Loyevsky district;
- Mazyr district;
- Narovlyansky district.
Partial restrictions have been introduced in Yelsky, Lelchitsky, Petrikovsky, Rechitsky and Khoinik districts.
In the Brest region, forest visits are restricted in the Ivanovo, Pinsky and Stolinsky districts. In other regions of Belarus, visiting forests is allowed.
