Basta's concert in Minsk has been canceled

The concert of the Russian artist Basta, scheduled for October 9 in the Minsk Arena, was canceled by the decision of the Minsk City Executive Committee until the epidemiological situation in Belarus is stabilized, minsknews.by reports.

The head of the culture Department of the Minsk City Executive Committee, Vitaly Brel, clarifies that the decision to cancel this concert was taken in order to reduce the risk of the spread of coronavirus. The department added that, taking into account the epidemiological situation, holding events is permissible only if the hall is filled by no more than 50%, and with the possibility of observing the rules of social distancing (at least 1-1.5 m from each other).
