Beer museum will be opened in Belarus

In Grodno, on the site of the former brewery, it is planned to open a craft brewery and a beer museum, relax.by reports.

The former brewery consists of 14 buildings, two of which are cultural and historical values. In March of this year, the plant was bought by MBA Investment company.

One of the buildings of the brewery stands on the foundation of the Sapieha and Oginsky palace. The vaulted cellars of those times have been preserved under the building. MBA Investment plans to conserve the building and, subsequently, to reconstruct.

The design work on the restoration of the building is scheduled to be completed in two years. The complex, in addition to the beer museum, will include a restaurant, hotel and a small brewery for the production of craft beers.
