Belarus and Azerbaijan approved military cooperation plan

On May 18, Belarusian Defense Minister Viktor Khrenin met with Azerbaijani Defense Minister Zakir Hasanov in Baku. The parties discussed the current state and prospects for the development of bilateral cooperation between the defense ministries of the two countries, belta.by reports.

At the end of the meeting, the plan of bilateral cooperation between the defense ministries of Belarus and Azerbaijan for 2021 was approved.

The delegation also met with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev. During the meeting, Ilham Aliyev stressed that today the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Azerbaijan demonstrate a high level of interaction and cooperation.
