Belarus and Cuba will cooperate in medical sciences and biotechnologies

Belarus and Cuba are interested in cooperation in the field of medical sciences and biotechnologies, BelTA reported. The Cuba's Ministry of Health delegation visited the Belarusian Academy of Sciences.

During the meeting, the parties highlighted the most promising areas of cooperation for the near future: genetics, virology, the use of stem cells, smart systems in the field of healthcare, drug synthesis.

In the near future, the supply of Belarusian medicines to Cuba will be increased.
