Belarus and Russia cancel covid restrictions on air travel from September 21

All restrictions on flights between Belarus and Russia will be lifted from September 21minsknews.by reports.

"As a result of the discussion, the Government decided to lift all restrictions on air communication with Belarus from September 21, 2021. Air traffic between the countries, temporarily restricted due to the spread of COVID-19, will be restored in full" - the Russian Covid distribution center noted.

The lifting of restrictions was announced yesterday by Russian President Vladimir Putin. He also said that now there are 36 flights between the countries, and before the pandemic there were just over 200 of them.

For all trips to Russia, you must enter the result of the PCR test in the mobile application "Traveling without COVID-19". As explained in the Department of Aviation of the Ministry of Transport, the removal of covid restrictions on flights does not cancel this requirement, every passenger still needs a PCR and an application.
