Belarus banned the sale of vapes and IQOS to teenagers
Belarus has officially banned the sale of electronic smoking systems and liquids for teenagers. The corresponding document was signed by the President, Sputnik reported.
The ban applies to both electronic smoking systems, systems for tobacco consumption, and all kinds of liquids for them – nicotine and nicotine-free.
Mandatory certification of non-tobacco nicotine-containing products, including electronic steam generators and liquids, has been in effect in Belarus since April 1. The license confirmation must be indicated on the packaging.
In addition, trade facilities planning to trade vapes, nicotine pouches and other non-tobacco nicotine-containing products and liquids are required to obtain a license.
