Belarus continues ban on export of smartphones

The Belarusian authorities have extended the ban on the export of a number of industrial goods outside the country, including cars, nuclear reactors, integrated circuits, conductive devices, smartphones and other equipment, devby.io reported.

In total, the list includes more than 250 items that cannot be exported from Belarus from September 23. The ban applies to the export of goods from the list outside Belarus to the states of the Eurasian Economic Union, regardless of the country of origin.

The restrictions will also affect the export outside the customs territory of the EAEU from Belarus to non-EAEU states of goods placed under customs export procedures, temporary export, processing outside the customs territory and re-export.

The ban will be in effect for 6 months.

We remind you that Belarus set new limits on the cost and weight of parcels.
