Belarus' gold and foreign exchange reserves decreased in April
In April, Belarus' gold and foreign exchange reserves decreased by $130.4 million. As of May 1, they amounted to $7.9 billion in equivalent, Minsk-News reported.
A year ago, in May 2022, Belarus had $7.76 billion in assets.
According to the plans of the National Bank, the country's gold and foreign exchange reserves should be at least $ 6 billion by the end of 2023.
In recent months, the number of transactions on the securities market in Belarus has decreased.
