Belarus has changed the rules of entry

The rules for entering Belarus have changed. Now those who have completed a full course of vaccination against COVID-19 and have a supporting document are exempt from PCR-tests and self-isolationbelavia.by reports.

The new rules apply to both foreigners and Belarusians.

The vaccination certificate must have certain requirements:

  • the vaccination course must be completed at least 1 month and no more than 12 months before the date of crossing the border;
  • the surname, first name, patronymic (if available) must be specified;
  • contain the end date of the course of the vaccine;
  • the certificate must be in Russian/Belarusian/English.
