Belarus introduced a fee for leaving the country

Beginning September 23, Belarus cancels paid queue reservations for crossing the border with the European Union. Now every driver will have to pay a fee for registration in the electronic queue, "Sobiray Rukzak" reported.

Registration in the electronic queue to enter the road checkpoints at the border of the Republic of Belarus will cost:

  • 0.3 base values (now it is BYN 9.6) for passenger cars, motorcycles and mopeds;
  • 1 basic (now it is BYN 32) for trucks and buses ( this means you can expect a rise in the price of tickets).

The fee will be charged for each vehicle entering the waiting area.

As a result, leaving Belarus to Poland, Lithuania or Latvia by car will cost BYN 41.6 (BYN 9.6 + BYN 32 — local departure fee).

You will be able to register to pay for registration on the belarusborder.by website from September 23. Currently, technical work is being carried out there.
