Belarus preparing measures for sustainability of economy

Belarus intends to form a package of measures to stabilize and increase the sustainability of the economy, pravo.by writes with reference to BELTA.

The main task of the Ministry of Economy is to prepare a package of measures for each scenario. The Ministry assesses the situation in industries and regions in real time, identifies problems and, together with government agencies, develops appropriate mechanisms.

The Ministry will direct special attention and resources to the most important areas. These include import substitution, export growth, increased investment, regional and business development. In addition, the members of the board discussed improving the effectiveness of the implementation of state programs, the work of the National Agency for Investment and Privatization, strengthening human resources.
