Belarus ranked 57th in Global Talent Competitiveness Index
INSEAD released the Global Talent Competitiveness Index for 2023. It measures how effective and talanted qualified specialists are in every country. Belarus ranked 57th, between Albania and Azerbaijan, Devby.io reported.
In total, 134 countries are represented in the ranking. Analysts evaluate many factors, such as legislation, the presence of trade unions, the level of urbanization, education and the total number of companies and websites, as well as the number of publications in world scientific journals from each country.
In 2023, GTCI was led by Switzerland, which has held the lead for 10 years in a row. It is followed by Singapore and the USA.
