Belarus ranks 70th in Digital Quality of Life index 2023

In the new Digital Quality of Life index for 2023, Belarus dropped to the 1st position and took the 70th place, Devby.io reported.

Belarus demonstrated the best indicator (37th place) in the category of Internet accessibility. But in all categories, except for electronic security, there is a decrease.

The index analyzes the state of the Internet and digital services that provide a standard of digital living in 121 countries around the world. The countries were ranked according to five criteria: Internet accessibility, Internet quality, electronic infrastructure, security, and e-government.
