Belarus sends humanitarian cargo to Sudan

Belarus has sent humanitarian aid to Sudan to help flood victims, BelTA reported. The total weight of the cargo worth about 1 million Belarusian rubles was about 40 tons.

During the meeting of the Minister of Emergency Situations in Belarus and the Ambassador of Sudan, the parties identified a list of things that the people of Sudan need most at the moment. Among them are gasoline pumping units, a diesel generator, canned meat, condensed milk, wheat flour, blankets and medicines.

According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Belarus is providing humanitarian assistance to Sudan for the first time.
