Belarus Simplifies Driver’s License Process for Foreigners

Belarus has simplified the process of obtaining driver’s licenses for foreigners holding valid licenses from other countries, Minsk-News reports.

Instead of a theory test, applicants now only need to pass a practical exam.

The changes apply to residents who speak conversational Russian but may struggle with technical terminology.

The update is part of broader legal adjustments introduced by the Interior Ministry.
