Belarus to develop portal of social services

A contact center for state social services has recently started operating in Minsk, on the basis of which a portal will be created about the activities of all institutions of the social protection system, Minsk-News reported.

Any social public service can be found on the portal. When entering a request, the user will see all the institutions that provide the necessary service. Chatbots will also work in messengers

There are also plans to develop a map that will build a transport route from one point to another.
