Belarus to improve passenger autopark in 2024

In 2024, Belarus plans to significantly upgrade its passenger autopark, exceeding last year's figure, Sputnik reports.

The rolling stock of ground transport, mainly buses and trolleybuses, is being upgraded. The development of electric transport is planned, therefore, in 2024, the main focus will be on the purchase of electric buses and trolleybuses with increased autonomous travel.

The Ministry of Transport was instructed to evaluate the efficiency of diesel buses compared to electric buses and trolleybuses with electric traction.
