Belarus-Vietnam Visa Waiver Agreement

Belarus-Vietnam Visa Waiver Agreement

On June 19, deputies of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly announced the visa-free regime with Vietnam, BelTA informs.

The bill was ratified for holders of national passports between Belarus and Vietnam. The agreement signed in Hanoi on December 8, 2023, allows citizens of both countries to enter, leave, transit and stay without visas for up to 30 days, but no more than 90 days per year.

Each party may refuse entry or shorten the period of stay without giving reasons.

The Agreement will enter into force after the exchange of ratification documents and is valid for an indefinite period. If necessary, the parties may suspend or terminate its operation in the interests of national security or for other reasons.
