Belarus will close embassy in Ecuador and branch in Khabarovsk

The Council of Ministers of Belarus has decided to close the Belarusian Embassy in Ecuador, as well as the branch of the Embassy in Khabarovsk. This is provided for by the resolution of the Council of Ministers of Belarus No. 403 of July 15, 2021, belta.by reports.

At the same time, a new branch of the embassy is opening in the Russian Federation – in Vladivostok.

The Embassy in Ecuador will close until October 1, 2021. The branch in Khabarovsk will be closed and opened in Vladivostok until September 1 of this year.

The resolution comes into force from the date of its official publication, that was on July 17.
