Belarus will increase the retirement age in 2022

Belarus will increase the retirement age and insurance experience in 2022, sputnik.by reports.

Now in our country, the retirement age for men is 62 years and 6 months, for women this indicator is 57 years and 6 months. From 2022, six months will be added. Men will retire at 63, and women - at 58.

Also, from 2022, the minimum insurance experience required to receive a pension will be 18 years and 6 months (now - 18 months). By 2025, the insurance experience is planned to be increased to 20 years.

Belarusians who have not worked out the minimum insurance experience can apply for a social pension, the amount of which at the moment is 141.73 rubles.
