Belarusbank has launched the delivery of cards by mail
Since July 21, the largest bank has launched a new service-delivery of payment cards by mail, belta.by reports.
The new service can be used on condition that the card is issued through one of the bank branches, as well as self-receipt of the card PIN-code through Internet banking, M-banking or through an infokiosk.
Bank cards will be delivered by a "Class 1" envelope to the address specified by the client in the application form when processing the package of documents. If there is no mailbox or it does not close, then you will have to pick up the card at the post office. The envelope with the card will be stored at the post office for 30 days after receipt. After this period, it will be returned to the bank.
Before activating the card, the bank's employees recommend making sure that the integrity of the envelope with the card has not been violated. Then you need to examine the plastic. It is important that there is no mechanical damage on it. If everything is normal, you need to put your signature on the back of the card.
