Belarusian delegation participates in SCO Security Council Secretaries meeting

The State Secretary of the Security Council of Belarus held meetings with representatives of the Regional Anti-Terrorist Structure of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in Tashkent on August 18, BelTA reported. Recently we wrote that Zimbabwe is interested in cooperation with Belarusian business.

The Belarusian delegation arrived in Uzbekistan to participate in the 17th meeting of the secretaries of the Security Councils of the SCO member states. During the meeting, topical issues of security and threats in the Eurasian space were discussed.

The parties also confirmed their interest in actively developing cooperation in order to improve the system of international and interstate measures to combat extremism and terrorism.
