Belarusian Paralympians won 10 awards at the World Ski Championships

Belarusian Paralympians won 10 awards at the World Ski Championships, which ended in Lillehammer, Norway, BELTA writes.

Belarusians took four gold, three silver and three bronze medals in biathlon and cross-country skiing competitions. Among the Belarusian winners are Svetlana Sakhonenko, Valentina Shits, Arkady Shikut, Nikita Ladesov and Yuri Golub.

The athletes have already gone to the Swedish city of Ostersund, where the final stage of the World Cup before the 2022 Paralympics will take place. The Winter Paralympic Games will be held in Beijing from March 4 to 13.
