Belarusian railway cancels trains to Poland

Due to the fact that Poland has closed the entry of foreigners to their country for two weeks, the government of the country decided to stop international rail traffic, reports ej.by.

In accordance with the decision of the Polish government to close the borders for the entry of foreigners, the railway administration notified Belarusian railway of the temporary suspension of trains of the Belarusian formation.

Accordingly the Belarusian railway will cancel the following trains starting from March 15:

Brest-Warsaw-Brest train numbers 126/125 and 128/127 departing from Warsaw and Brest;

Kracow-Hrodna - Kracow train number 304/303 departing from Kracow and Hrodna;

Brest-Terespol-Brest trains numbers 119/120, 121/122 and 123/124 depart from Brest and Terespol.

At the same time, the term of suspension of railway communication with Poland is not yet known.

The Belarusian railway promises to report on the resumption of train traffic separately.
