Belarusian scientists continue to work on healthy food

Scientists from the Scientific and Practical Center of the NAS presented new food products and technologies, Minsk-News reported.

New food products are being developed to reduce sugar and salt intake. Among them: a mixture for low-protein cupcakes, low-sugar muesli, sugar-free juices, French fries without salt, low-salt tomato sauce, sourdough for cooking fermented dairy products at home.

All these products will soon be available in Belarusian stores. This week, high-protein sugar-free candies from the confectionery factory "Kommunarka" also appeared on sale.
